Simply fill in the form with a subject and a brief description of what you'd like to receive. You can also attach a relevant document to the email, such as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The list of companies you selected on the previous screen is on the right-hand side of this form; use your browser's Back button if you wish to update it.
Then fill in your contact information and click Send Requests.
